Our Transvinyl Vinyl Films will not crack, fade or peel over the time. Is designed to outlast the garment it is pressed on.
Heat Press Settings:
- Temperature: 305°- 310°
- Pressure: Medium-firm pressure 55-70 LBS
- Time: 8 - 10 seconds commercial heat press machine
- Peel: Warm to the touch or Cold
- Cut this material in mirror image
Instructions for application to moisture-wicking fabrics
Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then rub into the area on the fabric
Preheat Platen: Prior to beginning, press empty pad for 3 cycled of 15 seconds.
Failure to preheat pad will cause insufficient heat and will damage first 3 transfers.
Step 1. Cut Use a plotter, die cut. Step 2. Weed Remove unwanted areas around the design. Step 3. Press Cover with a teflon sheet and press at 305° for 8 - 10 seconds with Medium-Firm pressure. Step 4. Cool Open heat press, remove Teflon sheet then remove the garment from the platen. Let cool to the touch and peel with a smooth steady motion. Tips 5. For a full Matte finish. do NOT repress. For a satin finish, Repress with a siliconized sheet for 5 seconds.For a Glossy finish, repress for 5 seconds with a Teflon Sheet.

Features
Transvinyl is sticky backing makes it easy to locate and relocate on the garment apparel. TransVinyl vinyl transfer is now the most popular heat press material. Process the image on your computer, cut the picture contour with a cutter plotter, then peel off the part you don’t need. Then just press the image on a T-shirt or other fabric products. Great opacity, washability, and durability. The polyester liner should be removed Warm or Cold. Afterward, we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters. Transvinyl Flexx heat transfer vinyl can be applied to the following fabrics: Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Poly Blends (including Dazzle fabric)
